Refund Policy

COVID-19 REFUND POLICY:

In the event that any of our scheduled programming, events, or rentals are cancelled due to government mandated closure of The Fields Sports Complex, a refund or credit equal to the value of any remaining classes, sessions, etc.,  will be given.

If a customer chooses to cancel their registration or rental due to COVID-19 related reasons that are not mentioned above, our standard refund policy applies.   FSC staff will do it’s best to accommodate and attempt to make up for disrupted time.

STANDARD REFUND POLICIES

RENTALS:
Any rental that would like to cancel their reservation:
5 or more weeks prior to rental start, will receive a full refund of the 50% deposit on the reservation.

4 weeks prior to rental start, will receive a 50% refund of the deposit on the reservation.
3 weeks or less the deposit/balance is NON-REFUNDABLE.
 

Refunds of any kind will not be offered in the event that inclement weather closes the facility and disrupts any scheduled rentals. FSC staff will do it’s best to accommodate any inclement weather situations and attempt to make up disrupted time.

FSC ACADEMY / PROGRAM REGISTRATIONS:
FSC Academy will honor a full refund for any cancellation until the start date of given program. Refunds of any kind will not be given in the event that inclement weather disrupts a scheduled FSC program. FSC staff will do it’s best to accommodate any inclement weather situations and attempt to make up disrupted time.
