PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO POLICIES AND DISCLAIMER

The Fields Sports Complex (FSC) reserves the right to use any photograph, video, or audio recordings taken at any facility or event produced by FSC, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph, video, or audio. FSC may use the photograph, video, or audio in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by FSC, including, but not limited to: brochures, flyers, invitations, catalogs, books, advertisements, radio, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, email, video, signage, social media, multimedia, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images and audio will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the recorded subject, parent or legal guardian.

A person entering an FSC facility or attending an FSC event who does not wish to have their image or audio recorded for distribution should make their wishes known in advance to the photographer/videographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact FSC at 8 Cornwall Court, East Brunswick, NJ 08816, in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. FSC will use the photo for identification purposes only and will hold it in confidence.

By entering an FSC facility, participating in an FSC event, or by failing to notify FSC, in writing, of your desire to not have your image or audio used by FSC, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify FSC from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with FSC may not use, copy, alter or modify FSC photographs, graphics, audio, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from FSC.

PUBLIC NOTICE REGARDING PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO RECORDING

Please be aware. When you enter a The Fields Sports Complex (FSC) event or facility, you will be entering an area where photography, video, and audio recording may occur.

By entering the event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care agree to consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on web sites, or any other purpose by FSC and its affiliates and representatives. You release FSC, its officers and employees, its successors, assigns, licensees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, images, video and/or or sound recordings.

By entering the event or facility premises, you and any dependents under your care waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by FSC or the person or entity designated to do so by FSC.

You and any dependents under your care have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the event or facility.
