About the course
A more in depth training approach to various skills that will elevate an athlete's game. Each session focuses on a specific topic breaking down skills/turns, passing/receiving techniques, shooting/finishing, and defending. The second half of the session includes partner work along with a small-sided game where each player can take those techniques and skills taught that day and apply them in a game environment.
